WHY IS THIS CLASS SO GOOD?

Many of our clients have complaints in their neck and lower back muscles. They go to a massage therapist who loosens it up, but after two days, it’s tight again. This is because these muscles are the only ones that are strong and are preventing you from feeling even more pain. During our class, we specifically strengthen muscles to create balance, so the dominant muscles automatically relax.

I’ve suffered from neck pain for years. I went to a massage therapist weekly, but the pain kept coming back. Even a manual therapist couldn’t help me. Through a friend, I ended up at Bamboo Gym, and after just one mobility session, I immediately felt relief in my neck.
