What kind of training do I offer?
Personal Training
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, I provide personal training or sometimes duo training sessions. The goal is to help you achieve your objectives as quickly as possible with as few rules or restrictions as possible.
Mommy Fit
On Saturday mornings, I lead the Mommy Fit classes. I train four moms who have (recently) given birth to get fit again so they can return to their favorite sports independently and pain-free.
