It’s Friday afternoon and all you want to do is flop onto the couch and stay there all weekend. Because after a hard week’s work, your body is tired, your lower back* {insert random muscle} hurts, and you just want to eat Tony’s Chocolonely.

Do you recognize yourself in this, or are you dealing with another ache or injury that keeps draining your energy and won’t go away? We can help you solve this.

What makes our method unique?

As you can see below, we look at your injury from various fields. The physio is right, but so are the osteopath, the dietician, and the personal trainer. But when do you use what? That’s where our expertise comes in. We turn the right knobs at the right time so you actually get results. Because we are trained as generalists rather than specialists, we can take a helicopter view of what you need at any given moment and achieve results very quickly.

What you can expect after 3 months of personal training

Lose 5 to 10 kg

The average client loses 10 kg of fat. But you also gain some muscle and your measurements go down. Don’t get hung up on the scale; if your favorite dress fits better, that says a lot more.

More energy without the slumps

We don’t just specialize in training; we take a broader look. By also looking at your sleep patterns, stress management, immune system, and breathing, we can make your body more energetic, pain-free, and toned in a very short time.

Pain-free movement

Pain is usually a sign that your body wants to make something clear; you just don’t quite understand what it means yet.

What our personal training clients say

A 59-year-old client has osteoarthritis in her knee and experiences daily lower back and knee complaints. She had a burnout 5 years ago and wants to get rid of her symptoms.

We first started working with her on nutrition and stress mindset.

She was eating far too few calories and drinking 4 coffees a day. Besides that, she was very afraid she would damage her knee with every movement.

We also worked on the muscles around the lower back and knee.

She comes from a generation where she felt she had to do 10 reps at all costs, even if she was using completely different muscles. We helped her unlearn this ‘go-getter’ mentality and let her experience that it’s better to do 8 good reps with the right muscles than 10 halfway, with the risk of lower back or knee issues.

After 24 sessions, she dares to pick up her favorite hobby again: running. She hadn’t done this for 10 years due to a doctor’s advice. She is no longer in pain and is better at setting her boundaries.

She now runs 45 minutes 4 times a week pain-free, and if she does feel pain, she knows what to do to be pain-free again within 2 days.

FAQ

I'm anything but fit; do you also work with people who are in very poor shape?
The heaviest athlete who trained with me weighed 160 kg and was already tired upon arrival. He also lost weight and got fitter. If he can do it, so can you.
What times can I come to train?

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

I'm pregnant; can I still train with you?
Yes, that is certainly possible. Exercising is good for your body when you are pregnant. However, it must be tailored to your level. Many personal trainers have no experience with this, but we have completed various training courses for it so we can support you during this special phase of your life.
