During the personal intake, we discuss your goals and test your fitness so we can create a plan that perfectly matches your needs, as well as those of your partner, friend, or neighbor.

Lifestyle advice
In addition to a personal nutrition plan, you will also receive advice on behavior, training, breathing, sleep, stress, and your immune system. This way, you’ll get fitter, stronger, and leaner faster, while also maintaining your results after you’re finished.

Keeping you on track and motivated
Our trainers are available 24/6 for all your questions. They respond within 24 hours, except on Sundays. We also check in weekly to see if you need anything extra.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to come and work out at the same time every week?
No, you book in our online calendar whenever you can, and you can plan up to 6 weeks in advance.
How far in advance can I cancel?
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours in advance.
I'm on vacation for a week, can I extend my training period by a week?
Yes, that’s no problem; everyone goes on vacation or gets sick once in a while. Just let your trainer know and we will extend the end date for you.
