Every 2 weeks we measure your progress. We do this by checking your body fat percentage, seeing if your clothes fit better, if you have more self-confidence, and if you’ve become stronger and fitter.

I want to start, how does it work?

1. Schedule a free trial personal training session

You always start with a free 60-minute trial session. Based on this trial, we get a good idea of you and your expectations, and we can see if we are the best match for you and if our concept suits you.

During the trial session, we discuss:

– your goals
– injuries and complaints
– testing your current fitness level
– analyzing your nutrition, sleep, stress, immune system, and breathing.
– joint mobility

Once the trainer has an idea of your goal and current fitness, a 10-minute mini-workout is done to let you experience what is needed to achieve your goal. 

In the last 10 minutes, we discuss what you thought of it and if you want to start the program. 

This intake is free and without obligation.

Today, exactly 2 months ago, I started exercising with Wouter. Already during the intake/trial personal training, I felt a click and knew Wouter was the one to help me achieve my goals. My goals were/are: lose weight, get fitter, get more energy, eat healthier, and have fewer physical ailments. Every time I bent my knees, I felt them cracking… I had cramps in my calves when lying in bed at night…
By combining stability exercises with strength exercises, my knees no longer crack. The cramps in my calves during the night have also disappeared. I can keep up with hockey training longer/better, so my condition is also improving…
Wouter is very versatile; besides exercising together, he also looks at nutrition, breathing, and sleep. By combining these, my overall health has already improved in this short time.

FAQ

Can I also come and train once a week?
No, if you are a beginning athlete you need more intensive guidance. We want to offer quality that is sustainable.  

If you want guidance but want personal training once a week, send us an email and we’ll be happy to refer you to a few colleagues who do guide athletes once a week. 

 

Can I also come and train with my boyfriend/girlfriend?

Yes, usually this is possible. You then pay 2675 euros instead of 2195 euros. The only condition is that you both do a separate intake. This is so I can decide if it will work. It would be a shame if you differ too much and one achieves results while the other doesn’t.

Can I deduct this as a business expense?
Certainly, your tax advisor can deduct the 21% VAT and you can also see this program as an investment in your company because you will be much more productive after this program. 
I am anything but fit, do you also work with people who have very poor conditioning?
The heaviest athlete who trained with me was 160 kilos and was already tired upon arrival. He also lost weight and became fitter. If he can do it, you can too.  
Do I have to pay for everything at once?
No, but you can also pay in 3 installments. 
I'm quite fit, but could use some guidance

Certainly, besides being a Personal Trainer, Roosmarijn is also a Physiotherapist. She ensures you achieve your goal regardless of any complaints.  
What times can I come to train?

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 21:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00.

I'm pregnant, can I still train with you?
Yes, that is certainly possible. Exercise is good for your body when you are pregnant. But it must be tailored to your level. Many personal trainers have no experience with this, but we have done various training for this so we can support you in this special phase of your life.
